If you’re a primary account holder, you can register for online account access. We’re looking at the possibility of adding multi-user access for joint account holders down the road, but for now, only the primary member can register.

Before you can use Online Banking, you’ll need to set up the enhanced security features that our system uses to protect your account. To get started, click here and follow the prompts. Be sure to look at the notes beside each field to help you through the process.

Yes. Simply log into Online Banking and click the “Activate Card” tab.

You can also activate a new card by calling us during business hours at (503) 656-0671 or (800) 878-0671 (press 1 for a Teller), visiting a branch, or calling Visa Customer Care Services anytime at (855) 477-1163.

If you’d like to advance money from your Visa or personal line of credit to your checking or savings account, click the “Loans” tab and select Cash Advance from the menu.

When transferring money to a loan, use the “Loan Payment” function. You can find it under the “Loans” tab or in the “I want to…” box on the “Transfers” tab.

If you’re transferring money to someone to whom you’ve transferred before, you can find them in the “To this Account:” dropdown on the “Transfer” page.

If you’re transferring money to someone new, and you know their name and account number, click the “Transfer Money to Another Member” option listed under the Transfers tab.

Yes. First, log into Online Banking. Then click “Options” from the Account Summary and select the software you’re using. From there you can simply follow the prompts to select the date range and accounts you want. Once the file is downloaded, you can import it into your application.
