We are in this together.
As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has an increased impact in Clackamas County and throughout the nation, we are here to serve you and want to share the steps we’re taking across our branches to keep our members and staff healthy during this outbreak.
Recent Updates
Some members are seeing stimulus checks pending in their accounts. Please be assured Clackamas Federal Credit Union is making funds available as soon as they are received. We are not delaying or holding stimulus payments, and we cannot do anything to make the funds available any earlier. Pending stimulus payments show the date when the funds will be available. You can check to see if you have a pending stimulus payment by logging in to Digital Banking.

While in our branches visitors are required to wear proper face coverings and to practice social distancing. Branches have capacity limits in place. If the branch is at maximum capacity visitors will need to line up and wait outside.
Visits to other branch locations are by appointment only at this time. Click the button below to schedule an appointment with our staff. The Closures & Hours section on this page lists more information regarding what services are available at each location.

THINGS TO KNOW
Visiting a Branch
Some things to keep in mind when visiting an open branch:
- Please do not enter our branches if you have tested positive for COVID-19, are experiencing symptoms (fever, cough, etc.), or if you have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
- Please maintain social distancing. There are decals placed on the floor to help you navigate where to stand while in the branch.
- For your safety and to minimize contact, we encourage you to bring in any materials you may need to complete your transaction (pens, paper, etc.).
- After completing your transaction please promptly exit the branch so we may serve the next member.
Branch Capacity Information
To help maintain social distancing in our branches we have placed maximum capacity signs on the front doors of each branch. Included below is additional information regarding branch capacity and measures we have put into place to help keep everyone healthy:
- With limited branch capacity we ask that additional guests that would normally come inside to remain in the vehicle.
- When at capacity, you will be asked to wait outside until it is safe to enter.
- Decals are placed on the floor of each branch to help members maintain social distance.
