Nine Paid Holidays
Clackamas is closed for nine federal holidays during the year. We reserve Indigenous Peoples’ Day for an all-staff training day.

Medical, Prescription & Vision Coverage
Eligible employees can get coverage for themselves and their dependents. Our current carrier is Providence Health Care Plan, HDHP. Out-of-pocket premiums are deducted from your paycheck, pre-tax.
Health Savings or Flex Spending Accounts
Our HSA is designed to support your Medical Plan out-of-pocket costs. Employees who don’t participate in medical coverage may be offered a Flexible Spending Account, which offers similar benefits.
Eligible employees can get coverage for themselves and their dependents. There are two carriers to choose from: Willamette Dental or MetLife.
Paid Group Term Life & Long-term Disability Coverage
These benefits are provided at no cost to the employee.
You have the option to purchase additional benefits for you and yours. Options include Short Term Disability and Additional Life coverage for you, your spouse, and your dependents.

Our goal is to fill open positions within 30 days. Circumstances and our intent to find a good match for the employee and for the employer may affect that timeline.
