Questions? We have answers

Points are earned when you make purchases using your Embold Rewards Debit Card or Embold Rewards Credit Card. For every $4 you spend on your Rewards Debit Card, you will receive one point. For every $1 you spend on your Rewards Credit Card, you’ll receive one point.

Yes, your points will be aggregated between your personal Rewards Checking and Rewards Visa accounts automatically. If you would like to combine points with someone else, you can transfer your points to them. Please visit our Embold Rewards page for additional FAQs regarding how long points are valid for.

Earned points are valid for 3 years and will expire 3 years from the last day of the last month they were earned. For example, if you earned points on May 7th of 2022, they will expire on May 31st, 2025.

Points that are transferred/shared expire 90 days from the transfer date.

Points can be redeemed for gift cards and cash back.
