Leadership Transition

In the words of Rodgers and Hammerstein, we would like to say, “So long, farewell, Auf Wiedersehen, goodnight!” to our retiring CEO, Mary Greco. Under Mary’s leadership Clackamas grew to serve over 30,000 members, adding two new locations in 2016. Mary’s commitment to education and staff development has created an organizational culture dedicated to putting our members first.

During an impactful career spanning 38 years in credit unions, Mary has been active in many community organizations.  Driven by her passion for financial education, Mary developed partnerships with Clackamas Community College and Financial Beginnings to teach financial literacy throughout Clackamas County.  Her commitment to the credit union movement and our local community will be missed. To honor Mary, Clackamas will donate $5,000 to benefit scholarships at Clackamas Community College. The Board of Directors, management team, and staff extend heartfelt thanks to Mary for her service and wish her the very best in her retirement.

We would like to announce our incoming CEO, Aaron Goff! He has worked in credit unions for over 20 years, most recently as CEO of the Greater KC Public Safety Credit Union in Kansas City, Missouri, where he has served for the past 14 years.  During his time as CEO he led a successful rebranding and charter expansion. Aaron is not new to the Pacific Northwest, he began his credit union career in Albany, Oregon at Central Willamette Community Credit Union. Aaron’s wife and family are excited to make the move back to Oregon and re-establish their home here.

Aaron is deeply committed to community service and organizations supporting the credit union membership.  We look forward to the passion and energy he will bring to serving the Clackamas community.
