Leadership Changes at Clackamas

We are excited to announce two big changes to our Leadership team!

» Kimo Rosa named Chief Lending Officer

Kimo brings more than 15 years of branch operations and lending leadership experience to his new role, where he will lead our collections, consumer, real estate and business lending units and serve as a member of the Senior Management Team, helping to develop and drive strategies to improve members’ lives in our community. Kimo began his career with Clackamas in 2006 and previously served as the VP of Lending.

“Kimo’s extensive lending background and passion to serve members and our community is exceptional,” said Clackamas CEO Aaron Goff, “he has already proven himself to be an insightful and skilled leader in our organization, and we look forward to his leadership in reaching greater levels of impact in our member communities.”

» Alicia Finch named Assistant Vice President of Branch Services

Alicia brings 14 years of branch operations and leadership experience to her new role, where she will serve as a member of the Senior Management Team and lead our eight branches and call center. She previously served as Senior Branch Manager.

“Clackamas has worked hard to provide convenient branch locations for our members, and Alicia has already been a key player in making our branch network and call center successful,” said Clackamas CEO Aaron Goff, “we look forward to her leadership in further growing and shaping our branch network to serve our members and community.”
