To begin online banking you will first need an access code. (Please note: if you already have an access code through our Connection phone banking system, you can use that code to access online banking.)

If you do not already have an online banking access code, simply complete the following steps:

1. Call (503) 722–9100 or 1 (877) 457–4134
2. Press “1” for main menu
3. Enter your account number and press “#”
4. Select a 4 digit access code and press “#”
5. Enter Social Security Number of primary member on the account and press “#”
6. Listen for the system to repeat your access code
7. To accept press “1”
8. Listen for the system to state "Service completed"

Congratulations, you have set up your online banking access code.

A note to first–time users: When logging on to online banking for the first time, you will be prompted to create a username that will take the place of your account number. Simply enter your ACCOUNT NUMBER in the USERNAME field, then enter your ACCESS CODE in the PASSWORD field and follow the simple directions.
