Activate Card

Your PIN (personal identification number) will arrive 1–3 days after your new card. You may activate your card by calling CONNECTION at (503) 722–9100 or (877) 457–4134. Press "1" to log into your account using your account number and 4 digit access code (this is separate from your card PIN). Once you are logged into your account, select option "6" and follow the prompts. You will be able to use your new card on the first business day following activation.
