Lost or Stolen Card

Report lost or stolen cards immediately.

To report a lost or stolen Visa card, you may block your card through online banking or by calling 1-800-847-2911. To use Connection, call (503) 722–9100 or (877) 457–4134; press ( 1 ) to login to your account, then press ( 7 ) and follow the prompts.

Replacement Cards

Once you report a lost or stolen card, a letter and an Affirmation form will be sent to your mailing address. Please complete the Affirmation form and mail it back to us in the envelope provided. You can also come by any of the branches and drop the form off or you can fax the form to (503) 722–2826.

Once we receive the completed form you will receive your new card in 7–10 business days.

Help for Victims of Identity Theft or Fraud

If you are a victim of identity theft or fraud, you will need to file a police report and alert each of your credit card providers right away. Visit the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) website for additional guidance and assistance. The FTC is the central collection point for victims of identity theft, and they can answer numerous questions, as well as provide addresses and contact information for credit card companies.

Activate Card

Your PIN (personal identification number) will arrive 1–3 days after your new card.

You can now activate your new debit or credit cards within online banking. Once logged in, simply click Other Options then Activate Cards. Alternately you may activate your card by calling CONNECTION at (503) 722–9100 or (877) 457–4134. Press "1" to log into your account using your account number and 4 digit access code (this is separate from your card PIN). Once you are logged into your account, select option "6" and follow the prompts. You will be able to use your new card on the first business day following activation.
