Lost or Stolen Cards
Report lost or stolen cards immediately.
To report a lost or stolen card call (503) 722–9100 or (877) 457–4134; press "1" to login to your account, then press "7" and follow the prompts. Learn more about replacement cards and help for identity theft, click here.
Activate Card
Your PIN (personal identification number) will arrive 1–3 days after your new card.
You can now activate your new debit or credit cards within online banking. Once logged in, simply click Other Options then Activate Cards. Alternately you may activate your card by calling CONNECTION at (503) 722–9100 or (877) 457–4134. Press "1" to log into your account using your account number and 4 digit access code (this is separate from your card PIN). Once you are logged into your account, select option "6" and follow the prompts. You will be able to use your new card on the first business day following activation.
If you would prefer to personalize your card PIN, you may visit any of our branches. You can find branch location information here or by calling (503) 656–0671, and selecting option "1."
